“I have had Chris do various jobs for me. He installed a new fence in my previous home as well as repairing a patio roof and items that needed repairs for inspection on my home before I sold it. When I purchased my new home he built a custom fence In accordance with the specifications of my HOA in my new gated community. He also trouble shooted my electrical issues with my landscape lights and fountain function. ( previous landscapers had not installed the electrical properly). He was able to find the problem and fix it to code. He recently ran electrical to a bedroom and installed a ceiling fan and ran electrical to a den and installed canned lighting. When $$ permit, I will be hiring him to demo and redo my master bathroom. Chris is excellent at everything he does! He has integrity, and cares deeply about doing the job right. He's always on time and provides options and advice. I feel very fortunate to have found someone like him that I trust completely to work on and in my home. I have been a home owner for 25 years and to find someone like Chris, with his skill, knowledge, honesty and work ethic is refreshing.

“Chris with Kincaid Handyman & Construction designed and built an outdoor fire pit for us this past weekend and we absolutely love it! He is very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He is prompt and great with communication. He explained the entire process and kept his word through the throughout the project, which was very important to us.
